• Locate suitable tenants for your property
• Obtaining and evaluating references and credit checks
• Prepare tenancy agreement
• Accompany viewings
• Prepare a full inventory as per landlord Instructions 
• Set up a standing order
• Collect the first month’s rent/deposit in advance from the tenant(s)
