Steps to renting your new home

These steps usually take between 7-10 days to complete.

1. Find your perfect home
2. Holding Deposit required to apply for a property 
3. Complete online Application 
4. Your references will be checked & a tenancy agreement drawn up
5. Arrange to sign the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
6. Pay your first month’s rent and deposit (held by The Deposit Protection Service) & set up a standing order mandate for future rent
7. Collect your keys and move in

Please note we recommend you obtain contents insurance for your own belongings for your new home.
